Brand Ambassador
The Brand Ambassador role starts with brand management. They are responsible for client marketing campaigns in the area and for making sure the campaigns represent our clients' standards, along with with our standards. With every member starting from entry-level and working their way up, we are able to continually deliver the results everyone is looking for year after year
Client Expert
A Brand Ambassador that has shown the correct representation of our clients, consistency, and leadership skills.
Manager
As a Manager, you will be responsible for the solicitation of business from new and existing customers to build business volume according to plan. You will also start to attain and develop leadership skills by teaching classroom and in-field training with the given resources.
Assistant
Director
The Assistant Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and overseeing one of our core managers' campaigns within a specific market. They are also responsible for leading daily meetings, learning and implementing the full recruiting cycle, and all administrative responsibilities necessary to become a Partner.
Partner
As a Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing an entire market and the campaigns within it. In this role, you will also be managing an entire office, administrative staff, manage payroll, and oversee all managers and members of your team. The ultimate goal is to expand into new territory and launch new campaigns.

Joey Ramirez
Market Manager
Joey Ramirez started his career in the marketing industry in McAllen Texas. He was able to sharpen his skills and learn important business concepts that would ultimately help him with his own business. After a year of going through a management training program, Ramirez made the move to Lubbock, Texas! Ramirez’s goal is to successfully put Lubbock at the top of the charts and to continue the company’s expansion into new territories!
Lenette Morales
Human Resources Executive
Lenette Morales, originally from the RGV area, joined our team in 2025! She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley! She is a key member in our office. Morales has gained the experience needed to help guide and lead our team through networking and traveling nationwide. Her goal is to continue to get out of her comfort zone in order to achieve her goals and help steer the company towards the path of success!
Joab Castellanos
Office Manager
Joab Castellanos is a proud member of a hardworking Mexican family with humble beginnings. He started his journey in McAllen, Texas, and has since moved to Lubbock with a vision to grow in his industry. His goal is to build a stable, successful future for his family, reach for the stars, and create an expansion team that stands out as the best in the industry.
